Job summary

Joint Commission International is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to drive enterprise leadership development. The role oversees Elevate and other cohorts, coordinating design handoffs, onboarding, assessments, and coaching while maintaining high-quality participant experiences.

You will manage sessions end-to-end, handle Workday Talent & Learning tasks, and partner with executives, vendors, and HRBPs to ensure program success and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years managing programs/projects in leadership development, talent management, or learning.
• Strong ability to run complex, high-visibility programs with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage leadership programs from design handoff through launch, delivery, evaluation and closeout.
• Coordinate participant nominations, onboarding, assessments, and coaching engagements.
• Own end-to-end logistics for in-person, virtual, and blended sessions.
• Use Workday Talent and Learning to support program data, reporting and governance.
• Prepare dashboards and executive updates with clear, concise communications.
