Job summary

Bell Leadership Institute is seeking a Manager, Programs, Events & Client Services in Chapel Hill, NC. This role blends program management, client relationship management, and operational excellence to deliver top-tier leadership programs with a focus on client experience.

You will work with Bell’s trainers and experts, coordinating open enrollment programs and ensuring every participant receives an outstanding, impactful experience across multiple sites in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, project management, client services, event management, operations, or a related professional role.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort learning CRM/business systems.
• Ability to work on-site in Chapel Hill with occasional evening hours during program delivery and some travel for programs at client sites throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of our nationally recognized open enrollment leadership programs.
• Collaborate with Bell’s trainers and leadership experts to ensure participants have outstanding experiences.
• Coordinate complex projects, build relationships, and deliver exceptional client service.
• Work on-site in Chapel Hill with occasional evening hours and travel for client-site programs.
