Job summary

The Brooks Group seeks a Program Manager to guide client sales training programs from kickoff to delivery in Greensboro, NC. You will serve as the main contact, aligning timelines, participants, and logistics while ensuring a responsive, positive client experience.

You will manage multiple programs, coordinate facilitators and vendors, and resolve scheduling or delivery issues promptly. Strong communication and organization are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Clear written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and sound judgment for deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams, adaptable to changing needs, proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Monday.com or other project management software.

Responsibilities

Create a plan using an established implementation process with milestones, responsibilities and deadlines.
Lead kickoff meetings and guide clients through program preparation and required information.
Coordinate clear, timely communication among clients, facilitators, internal teams and vendors.
Manage several programs at once in a fast-paced environment; track progress and update records.
Anticipate and resolve scheduling, delivery and client concerns; involve the right people as needed.
Coordinate facilitator schedules, travel and program milestones.
Confirm details with clients and venues, including agendas, participant lists, room setup, A/V, shipping and international travel docs.
Coordinate with printing partners and other vendors to deliver training materials on schedule.
