CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager. This 16-week, self-paced training combines virtual and hands-on experiences with coaching from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager.

Ideal candidates will communicate clearly, deliver excellent customer care, execute merchandising plans, and manage inventory to support profitability.
