Tower Loan is hiring for its Manager Development Program in Horn Lake, MS. This full-time role trains within consumer finance to prepare you for leadership in 10–12 months, with hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations.

You’ll build customer relationships, learn to lead teams, and advance toward management responsibilities while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Preferred Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
