Job summary

Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Manager Trainee for its on-site location in Jackson, MS. In a 10–12 month Manager Development Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and branch operations while earning competitive pay and incentives.

You will become proficient in guiding staff, developing customer relationships, and supporting management duties, with relocation eligibility upon promotion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management responsibility duties such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in management, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
