Job summary

Tower Loan invites you to join its Manager Development Program as a Manager Trainee in Mississippi. In 10–12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

You’ll learn leadership responsibilities, build lasting customer relationships, recruit and develop staff, and support daily operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and reviewing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
