Aufgaben

• Coordinate Ada U Leadership Academy implementation and administration.
• Develop and implement Ada leadership competencies and expectations across the organization.
• Coordinate Ada U assessments and development plans (DiSC tools mention).
• Maintain standardized assessment, development planning, and progress tracking tools.
• Schedule cohorts and learning activities; monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate capstone projects and ensure alignment with priorities.
