Job summary

Gallup in Chicago invites an experienced learning design consultant to turn research and behavioral science into practical leadership development programs. You will architect learning experiences, modernize offerings and shape CliftonStrengths and coaching portfolios from concept to delivery.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, design multi-modal programs for executives and professionals, and apply AI judiciously to accelerate design while upholding Gallup's quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field; master’s preferred.
• At least five years designing instructor-led, virtual and blended leadership programs in a corporate setting.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to architect enterprise learning programs.
• Proficiency using generative AI to accelerate learning design, curriculum development and content strategy.
• CliftonStrengths coaching knowledge or Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning experiences for leaders and professionals.
• Partner with SMEs to translate research and business needs into practical learning solutions.
• Build learning architectures and learner journeys that drive measurable behavior change.
• Modernize offerings and create new programs for emerging audiences and markets.
• Collaborate with writers, editors and designers to produce facilitator guides and participant materials.
• Determine delivery methods across facilitated, digital, microlearning and emerging tech to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate needs and improve programs based on feedback and data.
• Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate design while maintaining quality.
