Job summary

MiQ in Chicago, IL is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Associate to design, deliver, and optimize learning programs across the globe. You will partner with managers and the Talent teams to create impactful, measurable training using Workday Learning, LinkedIn Learning, and KnowBe4.

The role requires strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person sessions and the ability to work across time zones in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development or closely related field.
• Passion for designing learning solutions and facilitating impactful learning experiences.
• Experience with different learning modalities including live and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions to drive business performance and measurable behaviors.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with managers and senior leaders to identify where L&D can help.
• Facilitate training programs virtually or in-person and tailor delivery to audience size and context.
• Curate learning paths in LMS systems and analyze program data to drive improvements.
