Job summary

Gallup in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced learning design consultant to transform Gallup's research into practical leadership and coaching programs. You will architect scalable learning experiences across ILT, virtual, self-paced and blended formats, partnering with subject matter experts to deliver measurable behavior change.

You’ll modernize offerings, craft learner journeys, and use AI thoughtfully to accelerate design while upholding Gallup's high standards for quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• At least five years designing instructor-led, virtual and blended learning in corporate setting.
• Experience partnering with SMEs to architect enterprise learning programs.
• Experience designing facilitator materials and learner resources across multiple modalities.
• Proficiency using generative AI to accelerate learning design and content strategy.
• CliftonStrengths coaching knowledge or Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach preferred.
• Must work on-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C. office three days per week.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning for leaders, managers, coaches and professionals.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to translate research into practical learning solutions.
• Build architectures, curriculums and learner journeys driving measurable behavior change.
• Modernize offerings and create programs for emerging audiences and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, designers and learning tech partners to produce guides and materials.
• Determine effective delivery methods across modalities to achieve outcomes.
• Evaluate learner needs and improve programs based on feedback and data.
• Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality.
