Job summary

Gallup in San Francisco seeks an experienced learning design consultant to transform Gallup's science and behavioral research into practical learning experiences that shape leaders, managers and coaches. You’ll architect programs from the ground up, modernize offerings and help define the future of CliftonStrengths and leadership learning portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning sciences, organizational development or related field; master’s preferred.
• At least five years designing instructor-led, virtual and blended learning for leadership or professional development in corporate environments.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders to architect enterprise learning programs from concept to implementation.
• Expertise designing facilitator materials and learner resources across multiple delivery modalities.
• Proficiency using generative AI to accelerate learning design and content strategy.
• CliftonStrengths coaching knowledge or Gallup-certified Strengths Coach certification preferred.
• On-site at Gallup’s San Francisco office at least three days per week.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended learning experiences for leaders and professionals.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate research into practical learning solutions.
• Build architectures, curricula and learner journeys to drive measurable behavior change.
• Modernize existing offerings and create programs for new audiences and markets.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, designers and learning technology partners for deliverables.
• Determine best delivery methods to achieve learner and business outcomes.
• Evaluate learner needs and improve programs based on feedback and data.
• Use AI to accelerate learning design while upholding Gallup quality.
