Job summary

Buckle in Tempe is seeking a full-time Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit and develop Teammates, deliver legendary guest service, and ensure visual standards and loss prevention practices are followed.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on participation in sales activities, using SPG and product knowledge to maximize guest experience and store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest service and teamwork.
• Ability to lead by example and coach teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with legendary service and assist with merchandise selection.
• Lead by example with showmanship and strong customer focus.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle’s standards.
