Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Leader in Training to join our dispensary leadership team in Reno. You will rotate through core functions, supervise daily operations, and help optimize the customer journey while gaining subject matter expertise.

As a stepping-stone to Assistant General Manager, you will participate in leadership on duty shifts, drive in-store promotions, and support inventory control, cash handling, and policy compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience, with some supervisory exposure.
• Must be 21 years or older; clean background checks and valid ID.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations.
• Lead and motivate team members, recognizing and coaching performance to enhance the customer journey.
• Coordinate schedules, onboarding, and training with the General Manager or Assistant GM.
