ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash in Alvin, TX are seeking motivated Managers in Training to develop leadership skills and prepare for a future management position. Earn hands-on experience across car wash operations, customer service, sales, team leadership, and business management while learning from experienced leaders.

As a Manager in Training, prior car wash experience is not required. You will gain skills to advance into an Assistant Manager or Car Wash General Manager

Qualifications

• Has a desire to build a career in management, leadership, sales, customer service, or operations.
• Has previous leadership, supervisory, sales, customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or automotive experience — preferred but not required.
• Enjoys working with people and helping others succeed.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is comfortable interacting with customers and recommending products or services.
• Is motivated by goals and opportunities to improve performance.

Responsabilités

• Learn to lead, coach, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Work alongside site leadership to create a positive and productive team environment.
• Assist with training new team members on customer service, sales, safety, and operational procedures.
• Learn how to set expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
• Develop the leadership skills necessary to advance into management.
