Job summary
ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking motivated Managers in Training to develop leadership skills and prepare for future management roles. This full-time program offers hands-on experience in leadership, sales, customer service, and operations at Texas locations.
You will learn to coach teams, drive guest satisfaction, and manage daily operations while earning competitive pay and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Desire to build a career in management, leadership, sales, customer service, or operations.
- Previous leadership, supervisory, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Enjoys working with people and helping others succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and recommending products or services.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
- Work with site leadership to create a positive, productive team environment.
- Train new team members on customer service, sales, safety and operations.
- Set expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
- Develop leadership skills to advance into management.
