Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are hiring for a Manager in Training at our Groves, TX location. You’ll rotate through leadership, sales, and operations, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the car wash business.

You’ll learn to lead teams, coach performance, and drive customer service excellence as you prepare for an Assistant Manager or General Manager role. No prior car wash experience required, just a readiness to grow and lead.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a career in management, leadership, sales, customer service, or operations.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, sales, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead, coach, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Assist with training on customer service, sales, safety, and procedures.
• Learn opening/closing procedures and daily operational responsibilities.
• Develop skills to manage a high-volume, customer-facing business.
