Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking motivated Managers in Training to develop leadership skills while learning car wash operations, customer service, sales, and team leadership.

You will gain hands-on experience across all areas of the operation and be prepared for an Assistant Manager or Car Wash General Manager role. Prior car wash experience is not required; leadership potential and a positive attitude are valued.
