Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are growing express car wash companies seeking motivated Managers in Training who want to develop leadership skills and prepare for a future management position. As a Manager in Training you will learn all aspects of operation, customer service, sales, team leadership, and business management, gain hands-on experience, and work with experienced leaders to advance into more senior roles.

Previous car wash experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Desire to build a career in management, leadership, sales, customer service or operations.
• Experience in leadership, supervisory, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to interact with customers and recommend products.
• Motivated by goals and improving performance.
• Willing to take on new responsibilities; organized with multiple priorities.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Willing to learn car wash equipment and operations.
• Reliable and growth-focused.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Work with site leadership to create a positive, productive environment.
• Assist training new team members on service, sales, safety, and procedures.
• Set expectations, give feedback, and hold staff accountable.
• Develop leadership skills to advance into management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• Communicate wash services, packages, and memberships.
• Support sales and membership goals.
• Maintain wash quality and company standards.
• Learn opening/closing procedures and staffing.
• Learn to use company software and POS systems.
• Identify and communicate operational issues.
• Follow policies and safety standards.
