ClearWater Express Wash is seeking motivated Managers in Training in Texas. You will learn car wash operations, customer service, sales, and leadership to prepare for management roles. No prior car wash experience required, just leadership potential and a positive attitude.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across operations, sales, and team development while aspiring to Assistant Manager or Car Wash General Manager positions. Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and career growth await.

Responsabilidades

• Set expectations, give feedback, and hold teams accountable.
• Develop leadership skills to advance into management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• Communicate wash services, packages, and membership options.
• Support sales and membership goals through hands-on experience.
• Resolve guest questions and concerns and build customer relationships.
• Learn all positions in express car wash and assist daily operations.
