Job summary

ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking motivated Managers in Training in Texas to learn car wash operations, customer service, and sales while preparing for future management roles. You will work with experienced leaders to develop leadership, coaching, and operational skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

No prior car wash experience is required, as we provide hands-on training and development.

Qualifications

• Desire to grow into leadership roles.
• Previous car wash experience not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn to lead, coach, and develop Team Members and Team Leads.
• Assist with training new team members on customer service, sales, safety, and procedures.
• Learn to set expectations, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
• Develop the leadership skills necessary to advance into management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• Learn to communicate wash services, packages, and membership options.
