Job summary

Filoli is seeking a collaborative Leadership Giving Officer to steward 175–250 leadership annual donors and Filoli Circle members through personalized outreach, visits, renewals, and upgrades. This role reports to the Director of Development Operations and connects supporters to Filoli’s historic house, gardens, and mission.

The role requires 2–5 years of fundraising experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of fundraising, donor relations, or relationship management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and a valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to DEAI; ability to build trust across teams and donor networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 175–250 leadership annual donors and Filoli Circle members through personalized outreach, site visits, renewals, and gift upgrades.
• Analyze donor data and trends to qualify prospects and refer donors for deeper campaigns or major gifts.
• Host donor experiences and collaborate with horticulture, curatorial, and education teams to showcase donor impact.
• Maintain CRM records, track fundraising goals, and contribute insights to strengthen giving strategies.
