Job summary

Filoli Center in Woodside, CA is seeking a collaborative Philanthropic Giving Officer to steward leadership annual donors and connect supporters to our historic house, gardens, and mission. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Development Operations and offers a meaningful opportunity to grow philanthropy.

You will manage a portfolio of 175–250 leadership annual donors, build a robust pipeline, and host donor experiences, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of fundraising, donor relations, or relationship management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and a valid Driver’s License required.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and DEAI commitment.
• Proficiency with CRM/donor databases and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 175–250 leadership annual donors and Filoli Circle members.
• Build a pipeline by analyzing donor data and identifying upgrade opportunities.
• Host donor experiences and collaborate with internal teams to showcase impact.
• Track fundraising progress in CRM and contribute to strategy.
