Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptionally strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Fundraising - manage a portfolio of COLSA constituents able to make leadership gifts of $25,000–$99,999; conduct visits and solicit gifts; travel across the state and beyond as needed.
• Leadership Giving Program Strategy, Planning and Coordination - plan and execute leadership giving communications and events; monitor progress and align efforts with COLSA priorities and development goals.
