University System of New Hampshire seeks a driven Leadership Giving Officer (COLSA) to manage a portfolio of prospects capable of $25,000–$99,999 gifts. You will build relationships, coordinate communications and events, and work with COLSA leadership and Development teams to advance donors toward leadership giving.

You will travel across the state and region as needed, plan targeted communications, and utilize CRM tools to track progress and maximize philanthropic impact.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience or more years of experience in a relevant field (sales, business development, account/relationship management, marketing and/or public relations).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, about fundraising support; build rapport openly and listen attentively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and expand a portfolio of COLSA constituents capable of leadership gifts ($25k-$99,999); maintain frequent contact to grow support.
• Conduct up to 150 visits per year via video, phone or in person; travel across state/region/US as needed.
• Craft funding proposals for leadership gifts and multi-year commitments.
• Solicit gifts at all levels for COLSA, targeting leadership gifts and annual revenue goals.
• Support alumni participation goals and participate in campaigns like the 603 Challenge.
• Enable pipeline movement across Development areas; coordinate with colleagues to move prospects.
• Qualify new prospects for leadership giving and steward donors through COLSA's funding journey.
• Utilize CRM and reports to manage and grow the portfolio.
