Job summary

FIS is seeking a Senior Lead, Leadership Experience Partner to drive enterprise leadership and development initiatives. You will translate business priorities into scalable learning experiences, partnering with executives, SMEs and facilitators to deliver high-impact programs and measure behavior change and ROI.

You will lead end-to-end curation and delivery of programs that reinforce key leadership behaviors and support organizational growth across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent.
• 12+ years in leadership development with executive level focus.
• Ability to partner with leaders to design and deliver leadership journeys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality leadership and capability-building programs.
• Build end-to-end leadership experiences with measurable ROI.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual and blended learning experiences.
• Translate business priorities into engaging learning experiences.
• Coach and reinforce leadership behaviors through practice and scenarios.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve program quality and outcomes.
• Manage program delivery operations and stakeholder engagement.
