The Learning & Development Specialist at Ritedose in Columbia, SC will design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate learning programs that support business objectives, employee growth, leadership development, compliance, and operational excellence.

You will work closely with company leaders, subject matter experts, and the Learning & Development Manager to identify training needs and deliver impactful learning experiences for employees at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Experience coordinating and facilitating employee training programs.
• Exposure to leadership development and succession planning.

Responsabilités

• Support design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.
• Coordinate internal and external training opportunities and logistics.
• Facilitate instructor-led training and development sessions.
• Develop participant guides, facilitator materials, and job aids.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and HR to identify training needs.
• Monitor program effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
