Job summary

SCA Pharmaceuticals, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training and employee development programs across the organization. Reporting to the Learning & Development Leader, you will work with department leaders, trainers, SMEs, Quality, and staff to ensure training is effective, documented, and aligned with company requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Training, L&D, or related field.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led or virtual training.
• Experience with an LMS (Paylocity) or similar.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led or virtual training programs.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Administer LMS activities and track progress.
• Monitor training completion and qualification status.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, HR to support training needs.
