Job summary

E2 Optics, a fast-growing, women-owned tech integrator, seeks a Technical Training Specialist to lead and evolve technical training programs across bootcamps and customized sessions. You will translate complex concepts into practical content, leveraging both classroom and hands-on approaches in the client environment.

You will collaborate with leadership to assess skills gaps, design curricula, and deliver timely training events, while maintaining industry currency and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiar with Fluke, Viavi and other testing equipment.
• Solid working knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel training and methodology.
• Ability to read technical specifications and blueprints.
• Review and analyze internal and external subject matter and assign continuing education credits.

Responsibilities

• Administer and transfer knowledge for technical E2IQ Development training programs including bootcamps and customized instruction.
• Contribute to development of new training curriculum and updates to existing content.
• Collaborate with local leadership to define training needs and deliver events to meet those needs.
• Utilize both academic and hands-on training methods that reflect client environments.
• Develop training materials using diverse media and effective teaching strategies.
• Stay current with industry practices through ongoing professional development.
• Design and develop internal training programs with cross-discipline collaboration.
• Perform Train the Trainer activities to develop local training capabilities.
