Job summary

E2 Optics seeks a Technical Training Specialist to administer and transfer knowledge for its technical training programs. You will develop and update curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and collaborate with leadership to tailor training to required skills.

Your role blends academic and hands-on approaches to mirror client environments and foster capability. Expect to contribute to material creation, maintain industry knowledge, and lead trainer development across internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certifications (Fluke, Corning, CommScope, etc.) preferred.
• BICSI Installation certification preferred; OSHA 30h required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and transfer knowledge for E2IQ Development training programs.
• Develop new training curriculum and update existing content.
• Deliver effective training events based on defined skills/competencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to define training needs and competencies.
• Utilize academic and hands-on methods to emulate client environments.
• Create training materials using various media formats.
• Conduct Train the Trainer activities to grow local training capability.
