E2 Optics, LLC is seeking a Professional Development Trainer to advance leadership development and workforce training in-and-out of construction-adjacent environments. You will facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended programs, delivering development for emerging leaders and managers.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and continuous learning, with opportunities to influence training materials and learning outcomes across field and office teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of professional training, facilitation, learning & development experience.
• Experience delivering both virtual and in-person training programs.
• Experience presenting to groups across sizes and levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs.
• Deliver leadership development programs for emerging leaders, supervisors, managers, and high-potential employees.
• Develop and administer training materials, participant guides, and facilitator resources.
• Support training needs assessments and feedback on employee development opportunities.
• Adapt facilitation methods to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Evaluate engagement and learning outcomes through assessments and feedback.
• Maintain and update learning management systems and training records.
