Job summary

Nexa Motion Group is seeking a forward-thinking HR professional for a Regular Full Time position at its Walton Hills, OH home office. You will partner with the business to design learning experiences and talent programs that drive business results.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of training design experience, with SHRM/PHR preferred. Occasional travel to branch locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Training and Development, or related field.
• At least two years of training and instructional design experience.
• Teaching or facilitating training programs preferred.
• Experience with LMS administration and eLearning creation is a plus.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.
