Job summary

RHM Real Estate Group in Lyndhurst, Ohio is seeking a strategic Talent Management Specialist to elevate performance and leadership across the organization. This role partners with senior leaders to implement talent initiatives that drive growth and culture.

You will design programs in learning, development, onboarding, engagement, and performance management, with analytics to guide decisions and a focus on building leadership capability for a growing real estate firm.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management or related field.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and organizational development practices.
Real estate, property management, or related industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead talent management initiatives from concept through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Partner with business leaders to improve talent strategies that support organizational goals and workforce planning.
Design and implement programs that strengthen employee performance, engagement, retention, and development.
Evaluate organizational effectiveness and recommend solutions that improve employee and business outcomes.
Design, develop, and facilitate professional, functional, and leadership development programs.
Develop learning solutions that build leadership capabilities and prepare employees for future opportunities.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to ensure measurable impact.
Oversee onboarding and transitions to promote engagement and accelerate productivity.
