Job summary

NexaMotion Group is seeking a forward-thinking HR professional to design and elevate talent development programs across our multi-site organization, partnering with the business to deliver impactful learning experiences.

You will drive leadership development, enhance engagement, and shape talent strategies that align with business results. Previous training design, LMS administration, and strong communication skills are valued in this role, which is hybrid with in-office days in Walton Hills, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or a related field required.
• At least two years of training and instructional design experience required.
• Prior experience in teaching or facilitating training programs preferred.
• Experience in LMS administration and eLearning creation is a plus.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.
