Job summary

RHM Real Estate Group in Lyndhurst, OH seeks a strategic Talent Management Specialist to elevate employee and organizational performance through talent management initiatives, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness programs across a growing real estate firm.

You will partner with business leaders, design and implement programs for performance, engagement, and development, and mentor managers on coaching and talent planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Talent Management/Org Development/Learning & Development/HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering talent and leadership programs.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
• Partner with leaders on talent strategies and workforce planning.
• Design programs to improve performance, engagement, retention, and development.
• Evaluate organizational effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Develop onboarding, transitions, and experience resources.
• Lead engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Coach managers on development, performance, and talent planning.
• Create workforce analytics and actionable reporting.
