Job summary

NexaMotion Group in Walton Hills, OH is seeking a forward-thinking HR professional to design and elevate leadership development programs, create engaging learning experiences, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

This Regular Full Time role blends collaboration with the business across a multi-site organization, with 2 days in the home office and occasional travel to support field leadership recruiting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, or related field.
• At least two years of training and instructional design experience.
• Teaching or facilitation experience preferred.
• Experience in LMS administration and eLearning creation is a plus.
• SHRM or PHR preferred.

Education/Experience

Skills and Competencies

This role is hybrid with 2 days in office at Nexa Motion Group's Home Office in Walton Hills, OH. Rare travel may be necessary to branch and regional locations to support field leadership recruiting and hourly hiring initiatives.
