Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to execute the Leadership Experience across the organization. You will manage LMS administration, logistics, and delivery of leadership development programs to unlock employees' potential.

Collaborating with HR leaders and facilitators, you will design end-to-end programs, measure outcomes, and continuously improve materials to support Marvin's strategy and values. This role requires travel to multiple sites and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Education or related field.
• 1–3 years end-to-end design and delivery of leadership development programs.
• 1–3 years experience with Learning Management System (LMS).
• Certifications in leadership development programs preferred.
• Familiarity with 360-degree assessments and other inventories.
• Ability to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with local HR and business leaders and other internal stakeholders to align leadership development with business strategy.
• Design, facilitate, and measure leadership development programs to advance the company vision.
• Collaborate with Trainers/Facilitators across sites to streamline delivery processes.
• Coordinate delivery schedules for Leadership Development programs.
• Deliver programs using instructor-led and virtual formats.
• Manage program logistics: sessions, enrollment, assignments, and follow-ups.
• Link programs with other HR and organizational processes.
• Update materials for continuous improvement to improve learning outcomes.
• Develop sustained learning processes to evaluate training impact and outcomes.
