Job summary

You will design materials, collaborate with subject matter experts, and evaluate training effectiveness while maintaining accurate records and contributing to a psychologically safe culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience facilitating discussions on DEIB and other sensitive workplace topics.
• Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage employees at all organizational levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning experiences focused on leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices.
• Foster an engaging, psychologically safe learning environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
• Skillfully manage group dynamics and respond thoughtfully to challenging questions and sensitive discussions.
• Design and develop learner-centered training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and supporting resources.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content, validate technical accuracy, and develop relevant instructional materials.
• Evaluate participant feedback and learning metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide observations and recommendations to program leaders regarding participant engagement and training effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate attendance, evaluation, and training records.
