Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience facilitating instructor-led training.
• Experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience delivering DEIB and other sensitive workplace topics.
• Experience delivering management and leadership development programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
• Proficient with MS Office and virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training in-person and virtual.
• Lead leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive practices.
• Foster psychologically safe learning environment.
• Manage group dynamics and respond to challenging questions.
• Design learner-centered training materials.
• Apply ADDIE or SAM instructional design models.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and validate technical accuracy.
• Evaluate feedback and learning metrics for improvement.
• Provide observations to leaders on engagement and effectiveness.
• Maintain attendance, evaluation, and training records.
