Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning sessions for managers and directors using structured leadership content.
• Employ delivery methods such as classroom instruction, virtual training, team meetings, and online learning debriefs.
• Model facilitation techniques, manage classroom dynamics and attendance, and document performance.
