ODW Logistics is seeking a Leadership and Development Manager to drive talent development strategy, align programs with business needs, and enhance leadership performance across the organization.

The role focuses on building leadership capability, designing development experiences, and ensuring measurable impact through data-driven KPIs. Collaboration with executive leaders and HR is essential for ongoing program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in leadership development and talent management with proven results preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and LMS software preferred.
• DiSC, Hogan, MBTI and 360 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise leadership development strategy, ensuring programs, tools, and development experiences build leader capability and succession readiness.
• Own and evolve the Leadership Development Program lifecycle, including onboarding, assessments, coaching, and development planning.
• Partner with executives and HR leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and future pipeline requirements aligned to business strategy.
• Design and facilitate leadership development experiences for leaders at all levels, ensuring practical, scalable content tied to business outcomes.
