Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Learning Business Partner I for Leadership Development. This primarily remote role focuses on designing and implementing scalable training curricula aligned to leadership competencies, collaborating with organizational development partners to meet divisional priorities and develop leaders at all levels.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in training or organizational development; travel to Morrisville or Mecklenburg as needed; salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Psychology, Sociology, with 3 years in training/employee development.
• Experience assessing training needs and delivering learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, coordination, and administration of training events.
• Create internal communications and marketing strategies for leadership training and opportunities.
• Maintain the Leadership Development SharePoint page and resources.
• Design and curate leadership training curricula and resources, including instructor-led and e-learning.
• Deliver training modules for virtual and in-person sessions; support NEO program as needed.
• Oversee surveys, monthly reporting, and evaluation of training and engagement.
• Manage assessment platforms and coordinate distribution of assessments.
• Administer leadership development platforms (e.g., Leadr) and LMS content.
• Collaborate with ODL and POD teams to align offerings with leadership needs.
• Stay current with best practices and pursue ATD credentials.
