Job summary

Gulfstream, a leader in business-jet aviation, seeks a Leadership Development Senior Specialist to own and evolve the Leadership Essentials program and shape how leaders enter, learn, and grow within the organization.

You will influence leadership development strategy, partner across the People Team and executive stakeholders, and drive scalable, high-impact experiences that strengthen culture and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years progressively responsible HR experience.
• Experience translating strategy into scalable programs and experiences.
• Ability to advise leaders and build executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of leadership development programs and initiatives.
• Define objectives, governance, and success metrics for programs.
• Collaborate with People Team and business leaders to implement solutions.
• Develop content and learning experiences with instructional design SMEs.
• Design, facilitate, and enable leadership experiences and focus groups.
• Monitor outcomes using data and feedback to drive improvements.
