Responsibilities

• Develops and administers schedules, tasks, and deliverables; monitors budgets and quality.
• Manages subordinate engineers; conducts performance appraisals and development.
• Sets objectives and ensures alignment with short- and long-term goals.
• Leads technical briefings for senior management and customers.
• Advises subordinate supervisors to meet schedules and resolve complex issues.
• Directly participates in projects and leads cross-functional teams.
