Job summary

NetJets Services, Inc. is seeking a Talent Development Specialist to partner with the Talent Development Manager in driving leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce initiatives across the organization. You will design programs, manage projects, and deliver scalable solutions with measurable impact.

The role requires organizing complex work, juggling priorities, and influencing stakeholders to ensure adoption and success of development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR or talent development experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
• Experience creating processes and tools to improve operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, implementation, and evaluation of leadership development programs and talent initiatives.
• Facilitate development experiences to build leadership and business capabilities.
• Support career development, internal mobility, and employee growth initiatives.
• Assist in creating learning resources, toolkits, and development materials.
• Partner with leaders and HR teams to ensure adoption of development programs.
• Track succession readiness and talent outcomes; develop high-potential talent.
• Develop tools and templates to improve organizational processes.
• Lead project management activities for talent initiatives; plan timelines and communications.
• Analyze talent data with HRIS; create dashboards and reports for KPIs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and analyze feedback to improve experience.
