As a senior contributor, you will partner with the People Team to translate strategy into scalable programs, measure impact, and sustain results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years progressively responsible HR experience.
• Experience in leadership development programs desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for People Experience initiatives.
• Translate priorities into scalable programs, experiences, tools, and interventions.
• Create and advance program recommendations, presentations, and business cases.
• Build stakeholder alignment and secure executive sponsorship, including CHRO approval.
• Define program objectives, governance, and success measures.
