GreenState Credit Union seeks a Senior Leadership & Organizational Development Specialist to design and drive development initiatives that strengthen leadership, culture, and workforce capability. The role partners with leaders, HR, and enterprise teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The on-site position supports leadership development, employee growth, and organizational readiness with a focus on best-in-class programs and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–7 years minimum experience in leadership/organizational development or related discipline.
• Proven ability design/facilitate development programs and leadership initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, change management, and organizational effectiveness concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, facilitate, and continuously improve leadership development, organizational capability, and professional growth initiatives.
• Partner with leaders, HR, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and build scalable solutions.
• Lead leadership programs, workshops, cohorts, and team effectiveness sessions.
• Support leadership pipeline development including onboarding, emerging leader programs, and succession readiness.
• Create leadership toolkits, facilitator guides, playbooks, and learning materials.
• Monitor feedback and program metrics to drive continuous improvement.
