Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of leadership and development principles.
• Experience creating virtual learning experiences and facilitating groups.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational culture.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership development strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Manage leadership programs and facilitate workshops in person and virtually.
• Lead vendor relationships including contracts and design guidance.
• Conduct and debrief leadership assessments and translate insights into actions.
