Mutual of Omaha Insurance Co. is seeking a Creative Strategist to translate the creative vision into campaign-specific concepts, messaging, and content across channels. This role shapes creative direction from ideation through execution while ensuring brand integrity and audience relevance.

The position emphasizes collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams, remote work availability, and a focus on delivering engaging campaigns that support business objectives.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, content development, advertising, brand management, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading campaign ideation, messaging strategy, creative development, and brand review processes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns.

Mansioni

• Develop campaign creative strategy and execution.
• Lead development of Hero Assets and provide creative guidance for materials.
• Provide creative consultation and brand stewardship across campaigns.
• Facilitate campaign ideation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Review and optimize creative content and assets, including AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Evaluate campaign performance with Insights and Analytics and suggest improvements.
