Job summary

City National Bank of Florida seeks a Learning Content & Academy Coordinator to design, develop, and update leadership-focused learning content for the CNB Leadership Academy and enterprise programs.

Collaborate with Talent Development & Culture, business leaders, and executive faculty to translate business priorities into engaging content and scalable development experiences, using adult learning principles and LMS tools.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, HR, or related field.
• Strong content creation and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to translate business concepts into clear learning materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update learning content for CNB Leadership Academy.
• Create high-quality learning materials and tools for facilitators and participants.
• Translate executive input into engaging, learner-friendly content.
• Support development of leadership modules, workshops, and blended learning experiences.
• Maintain learning content libraries and documentation.
• Coordinate Academy programs, scheduling, and logistics.
